We want your college students to be successful throughout their careers at USF. They need a good foundation to gain this success and we want to help support their productivity. Cove Commons meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Does Cove offer individual leasing?

Yes, we offer individual leases! You sign a lease just for your bedroom, almost like renting your own personal suite. If your roommate decides to move back home mid-semester, you are not responsible for their portion of the rent. We deal with them directly.

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes, we are very pet-friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! For the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. No dogs over 70lbs and no aggressive breeds. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the Cove phone number on our website. Cove staff reserves the right to make decisions on pets allowed in the neighborhood.

Is there a monthly fee for my pet?

There is NO monthly pet rent at Cove Commons.

How long are your leases?

Our leases are 12-month* agreements with a renewal option. (*excluding the property turn period between move-out and move-in dates).

What’s roommate matching?

If you don’t know of anyone else to live with but you’re dying to live at Cove, there’s no need to worry! You can use our roommate-matching program that gives you more access, more freedom, and more control over who you live with.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes! Our apartments are fully-furnished with modern, designer furniture.

Does Cove have on-site maintenance?

Yes! Cove has an on-site maintenance to take the worry out of apartment living and 24/7 emergency maintenance while the office is closed.
